Attorney Dr. PINARAK has been dealing with Turkish and German law for more than 20 years. During his law studies in Hanover/Germany, he completed an elective internship in Istanbul. After his admission to the Bar Association of Celle in Lower Saxony / Germany and the establishment of his law firm in Hanover, he early on aimed to specialize in International Inheritance Law as well as Turkish and German inheritance law.

To acquire expertise in inheritance law, the specialist lawyer course for the award of the title “Specialist Lawyer in Inheritance Law” was attended.

Attorney Dr. PINARAK continually furthers his education by regularly attending advanced training courses in inheritance law and is on the verge of obtaining the title “Specialist Attorney in Inheritance Law.”

Mediator (intercultural mediation process)

Due to his Turkish background, several years of residence, and education in Turkey, Attorney and Mediator Dr. PINARAK is highly familiar with the cultural and linguistic aspects in Turkey.
This characteristic also gives him the ability to handle negotiations and conflict situations, especially with the human and country-specific peculiarities of the parties involved, carefully and constructively.
Especially in inheritance disputes, where the issues are emotionally charged, this additional qualification as a mediator can open new perspectives for out-of-court settlement of the inheritance conflict and significantly contribute to cost reduction.

Additional admission at the Istanbul Bar Association as a lawyer "Avukat" for Turkish law

Attorney Dr. PINARAK is also admitted as a lawyer of Turkish law at the Istanbul Bar Association as an “Avukat.”
Attorney & Avukat PINARAK is thus authorized to use the professional titles “Rechtsanwalt” in Germany and “Avukat” in Turkey. He can practice as a fully qualified attorney & Avukat for clients in both countries, representing them both in court and out of court. This eliminates the necessity to engage multiple lawyers in both countries for handling estates.
This can significantly reduce legal costs.

Sworn interpreter and translator

Attorney Dr. PINARAK is a sworn interpreter and translator for the Turkish language at the Hanover Regional Court in Germany, as well as a sworn interpreter and translator for the German language at the 3rd Notary Public Office in Kuşadası, Turkey.

Certified executor of wills

Attorney Dr. PINARAK successfully completed the training course for certified executors of wills, including passing the final examination, and is registered in the Executor Register of the DVEV (German Association of Executors).
